¶ 1 Alma Brown appeals the trial court's order affirming the decision of the Department of Children and Families ("the Department") to permanently revoke her childcare license pursuant to Wisconsin's new caregiver law, 2009 Wis. Act 76. She presents on appeal several reasons why we ought to reverse the order and the Department's decision.
