¶ 1 James Lee Johnson appeals a judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child, as well as an order denying his motion for plea withdrawal.1 Johnson argues that the circuit court did not inform him that it was not bound by the plea agreement, although the circuit court accepted the agreement, contrary to State v. Hampton, 2004 WI 107, ¶ 32, 274 Wis.2d 379
