¶ 1 Steven and Judy Parker appeal a grant of summary judgment to Ronald Engel and Sandra O'Donnell. The circuit court concluded Engel and O'Donnell were entitled to a strip of land by adverse possession. The Parkers argue the adverse possession claim was barred by the thirty-year statute of limitations. Alternatively, they argue summary judgment was inappropriate because there were material issues of fact in dispute. We reject the Parkers' arguments...
