¶ 1 This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals that affirmed the conviction of Jason Goss for fifth offense drunk driving.1 The case arises from a traffic stop. Goss was stopped by a police officer for having a dirty license plate and a broken license plate lamp. After pulling Goss over, the officer discovered that Goss had a revoked license and had four prior drunk driving convictions...
