¶ 1 Brent Novy appeals from judgments of conviction for two counts of stalking, six counts of bail jumping and one count of violating a harassment restraining order. Novy was convicted of the offenses stemming from his conduct toward his former fiancé, Julie N., following a jury trial. Novy raises three issues on appeal: (1) the trial court erred in allowing the State to call rebuttal witnesses to testify that Novy's fingerprints were found...
