¶ 1 Michael Kidd and Julie Kidd appeal from a circuit court order dismissing on public policy grounds their complaint against John E. Allaway and his insurer, Geico Indemnity Company. The Kidds' daughter, Krista, was in a motor vehicle accident and was killed on impact.
