¶ 1 William Radley, Sr. died while a patient at a facility owned and operated by ThedaCare, Inc. Radley's estate and surviving family members (collectively, "the Estate") brought suit against ThedaCare.1 Following a jury trial, the trial court ordered ThedaCare to pay costs to the Estate pursuant to WIS.
