¶ 1 This is a negligence action arising from dog-bite injuries to a child. A guardian ad litem and parents of the victim (collectively, the Ladewigs) brought the action against parties who include landlords Larry and Janice Winters. The dog was owned by two tenants of the landlords, and the attack occurred on property that the landlords leased to these tenants.
