¶ 1 This foreclosure matter returns to us for a second time. First Banking Center was granted a judgment of foreclosure against Twelfth Street Investors LLC. At a subsequent sheriff's sale of the property, Brozak Holdings LLC submitted the highest bid. Twelfth Street Investors challenged the bid price of the sheriff's sale as being too low.
