¶ 1 Amber Alsteen and sixty-nine others (collectively, Alsteen) appeal an order dismissing their personal injury claims against Wauleco, Inc., and Sentry Insurance (collectively, Wauleco). Alsteen alleges that, while living in Wausau's River Street neighborhood, she was exposed to carcinogenic chemicals that Wauleco improperly released from the nearby Crestline window factory.
