¶ 1 This appeal concerns a dispute under a residential listing contract between the sellers of residential real estate and a real estate brokerage firm, First Weber Group Northern Wisconsin, LLC. After the expiration of the term of the contract, the sellers sold the property to a buyer with whom they had had contact during the contract's term.
