¶ 1 The petitioners, Steve and Sue Ottman, seek review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals that affirmed a circuit court order dismissing their petition for certiorari review of a decision of the Town of Primrose Board of Supervisors. The Board denied the Ottmans' application for a permit to build a residential driveway.1
