¶ 1 This is a condominium-construction case. The Commerce Bluff One condominium was built by Cornerstone Property Development, LLC. Timothy J. Dixon is, as his brief on this appeal tells us, "Cornerstone's owner and managing member," and although "Cornerstone is still a registered limited liability company in Wisconsin, [it] is no longer active."
