¶ 1 Harbor Credit Union obtained a judgment of foreclosure on real estate owned by Christopher Samp based on Samp's default on a first mortgage and note. Harbor was the successful bidder at a sheriff's sale based on the judgment of foreclosure. The sale was confirmed by the circuit court.
