¶ 1 Attorney James E. Hammis appeals a report filed by Referee Lisa Goldman on January 7, 2010, concluding that Attorney Hammis committed 10 of 13 alleged counts of professional misconduct, recommending this court suspend him for a period of four months, and recommending imposition of costs.
