¶ 1 Denise Kuhnert appeals a circuit court judgment affirming the methodology used by the Department of Workforce Development to calculate overtime wages owed to her by Advanced Laser Machining, Inc. Kuhnert argues that the department improperly determined Advanced Laser owed her only $2,699.65, but that using the correct methodology she is entitled to approximately $12,000.
