¶ 1 Ilana C. appeals from a circuit court order granting her mother and stepfather, Ilya R. and Stephen R., full guardianship of Ilana's daughter Alexis. Ilana challenges the order on three grounds. First, Ilana contends that Wisconsin lacked jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA), see WIS.
