¶ 1 Trevor Olson and his mother, Kathleen Olson, (the Olsons) appeal a summary judgment in favor of Barron Mutual Insurance Company of Barron, Wisconsin. The circuit court concluded a homeowner's policy issued by Barron Mutual to Trevor's father, William Olson, excluded coverage of Trevor's injuries because Trevor was an "insured" under the policy.
