¶ 1 Robert Farrar appeals from an order of summary judgment in favor of Mt. Morris Mutual Insurance Company (Mt.Morris). The circuit court concluded as a matter of law that Mt. Morris has no duty to indemnify or defend Farrar, its insured, for any damages or claims arising from or related to an accident which occurred when Farrar was moving a mobile home with his tractor.
