¶ 1 Brian Kelly, the Red Cedar Roth Escrow Trust, Teresa Hestekin, and Patricia Kelly (collectively, Kelly) appeal that portion of a judgment awarding punitive damages to C & A Investments and the Bankruptcy Estate of Brian Kelly (collectively, C & A Investments).
