¶ 1 Bowman Plumbing and Wausau Insurance Companies (collectively, Bowman) appeal a judgment reversing a Labor and Industry Review Commission decision finding that Paul LaBeree, whose medical care is paid for by Bowman, must demonstrate that his WIS. STAT. ch. 55 protective placement is medically necessary.1 Bowman argues it cannot be liable under the worker's compensation laws...
