¶ 1 BRUNNER, J.

Premier Community Bank appeals an order granting summary judgment to Roger Schuh in this lien priority dispute. Premier has a perfected security interest in Schuh's livestock. It claims its interest has priority over Schuh's livestock lien. We disagree and affirm.
