Kay and Peter Boerst appeal a judgment declaring the location of the boundary line between their property and an adjacent property. The Boersts argue the circuit court erred when it determined (1) the parties acquiesced to a different boundary than described in their deeds, and (2) a corner marking the section line between the properties was obliterated.
