The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) appeals the referee's report recommending a one-year suspension of Attorney Harvey J. Goldstein's license to practice law in Wisconsin. The OLR filed a 24-count disciplinary complaint against Attorney Goldstein. John F. Fiorenza was appointed referee.
