At issue in this case are claims by InfoCorp, LLC, d/b/a InfoCor Communications Company, LLC ("InfoCor") against its former employee, Christopher Hunt, and Hunt's subsequent employer, Tierney Brothers, Inc.1 InfoCor appeals from a judgment dismissing all of its claims against Tierney Brothers.
