¶ 1 PER CURIAM.

We review a report and recommendation filed by the referee, Stanley F. Hack, recommending this court suspend Attorney Neil R. McKloskey's license to practice law for 60 days and impose the costs of this disciplinary proceeding on him. No appeal has been filed, so the court considers this matter pursuant to SCR 22.17(2).
