Attorney Tim Osicka has appealed from the report and recommendation of the referee that Attorney Osicka's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for a period of 60 days, that Attorney Osicka be ordered to pay restitution to a former client in the amount of $150, and that he be required to pay the full costs of this disciplinary proceeding.
