Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Inc., (WMH) appeals from a declaratory judgment granted in favor of Christopher Snyder, as special administrator of the estate of his deceased wife, Wendy Snyder. While an inpatient in the hospital's psychiatric unit, Wendy committed suicide with a gun she brought into the hospital following a five-hour unsupervised pass.
