Garrett L. Huff appeals the judgment convicting him after a jury trial of three counts of conspiracy to commit election bribery in violation of WIS. STAT. §§ 12.11(1m)(a)1 (election bribery) and 939.31 (conspiracy).1 He claims that because the persons with whom he was found to have conspired were undercover law-enforcement officers ineligible to vote in the election...
