Douglas Barnes and Jeffrey P. McCarthy (Barnes/McCarthy) appeal from an order dismissing them from the lawsuit Stephanie L. Davey filed against WISCO Hotel Group, Comfort Suites of Oak Creek and Transcontinental Insurance Company ("WISCO").
