¶ 1 FINE, J.

Elliot B. Russ, Sr., appeals a judgment entered after he pled no-contest to uttering a forged document involving the false notarization of affidavits. See WIS. STAT. § 943.38(2). He claims that the circuit court improperly denied his motion to suppress.1 We affirm.
