Zack Jusufi appeals a circuit court judgment finding him guilty of two municipal ordinance violations for failing to enforce the City of Wausau's restaurant smoking ban within his restaurant. Jusufi contends the City's ordinance banning smoking in restaurants is unconstitutional.
