UNPUBLISHED OPINION

James Kennedy appeals his conviction, arguing the trial court erroneously excluded evidence of the complaining witness's prior misdemeanor convictions in violation of ER 609 and his right to present a defense. Because we conclude that any error did not materially affect the outcome, we affirm.
