¶ 1 Molina appeals his convictions for second degree assault and fourth degree assault. He argues reversal is required based on ineffective assistance of counsel, prosecutorial misconduct, and legal financial obligations assessed in error. We affirm his convictions, but remand to strike certain legal financial obligations.
