PUBLISHED OPINION

¶ 1 Shimmick Construction Company (Shimmick) appeals from a decision of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (the Board). The Board imposed penalties upon Shimmick for two serious violations of applicable crane safety regulations. Finding no error, we affirm.
