¶ 1 The insurer of a truck driver who caused a multi-vehicle freeway accident settled the largest claim for policy limits and then refused to defend its insured from a smaller claim. The insurer appeals from a jury verdict on a claim of bad faith. We affirm the judgment on the verdict.1
