¶ 1 A liability insurer refused to defend its insured, leading to a bad faith lawsuit. The measure of damages in the bad faith lawsuit was the amount of a settlement in the Underlying lawsuit. In this appeal, the insurer challenges a trial court determination that the settlement was reasonable.
