¶ 1 Travis Padgett appeals trial court orders denying his motion to compel production of his client file and discovery materials, and motion for reconsideration. Because Mr. Padgett is entitled to at least limited portions of his requested materials, we reverse the trial court's orders and remand for further proceedings.
