¶ 1 Frank DeCaro, as representative of the estate of his daughter, Jessica Alvarado, appeals a Spokane County Superior Court ruling vacating a default judgment obtained against Spokane County (County). Concluding that the Estate failed to establish any error by the trial court, we affirm.
