¶ 1 This case involves whether a juvenile disposition condition requiring K.H.-H. — who was adjudicated guilty of fourth degree assault with sexual motivation — to write an apology letter to the victim violates his constitutional free speech rights. U.S. CONST. amend. I. We hold that it does not.
