No. 45613-3-II.

371 P.3d 58 (2015)

192 Wash.App. 721

The STATE of Washington, Respondent, v. Adam P. THOMAS, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 2.

Publication Ordered March 15, 2016.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Aaron Bartlett , Attorney at Law, Vancouver, WA, for Respondent.

Lisa Elizabeth Tabbut , Attorney at Law, Winthrop, WA, for Appellant.

¶ 1 Adam P.
