¶ 1 Wallace Robinson appeals his judgment and sentence following his conviction of second degree robbery. His Sixth Amendment right to confrontation was not violated by the admission into evidence of a recorded 911 call by a witness to the robbery. And the prosecutor did not commit misconduct by using the word "we" during closing argument...
