¶ 1 In 1991, a jury convicted Jonathan Lee Gentry of the aggravated first degree murder of 12-year-old Cassie Holden and sentenced him to death. This court affirmed his conviction in 1995 on direct appeal and twice denied postconviction relief, in 1999 and in 2014. State v. Gentry, 125 Wn.2d 570
