Attorney Boris Petrenko appeals a trial court order imposing sanctions against him pursuant to Civil Rule 11 for filing a baseless and frivolous motion on behalf of his client. Because Petrenko fails to establish that the trial court abused its discretion in determining to impose sanctions, we affirm.
