¶ 1 Nishat Khan appeals the trial court's spousal maintenance order, claiming the court erred by limiting the duration of the awarded maintenance. Nishat's former husband, Azad Khan,1 is obligated to support her pursuant to an affidavit of support he signed under federal immigration law as the sponsor of her application for permanent legal residency.
