¶ 1 In 2010, a jury found Margie Lee Derenoff not guilty of third degree assault by reason of insanity, and the trial court ordered that she be conditionally released. In 2012, the trial court revoked Derenoff's conditional release because she was noncompliant with her conditions of release and presented a threat to public safety. Derenoff appeals the trial court's order revoking her conditional release, arguing that (1) she had a right to be restored...
