¶ 1 A jury found Russell Harrington guilty of first degree kidnapping of his then wife Michelle Harrington. On appeal, Harrington contends (1) insufficient evidence supports his conviction for first degree kidnapping, and (2) the statute defining first degree kidnapping is void for vagueness.
