¶ 1 Parkland Auto Center Inc. appeals the trial court's denial of its motion to compel arbitration of claims asserted by Lisa and Fa Ala A Saili, arising from Parkland's repossession of their vehicle. Parkland also appeals the trial court's grant of the Sailis' summary judgment motion on liability, denial of motions for reconsideration, judgment awarding damages to the Sailis, and order awarding attorney fees to the Sailis.
