¶ 1 Western National Assurance Company insured general contractor Shelcon Construction Group LLC under a "Commercial General Liability" (CGL) policy. A-2 Venture LLC filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Shelcon. A-2 alleged defective performance by Shelcon resulted in the reduction in value of a property from $8,550,000 to $6,412,500.
