¶ 1 The Estate of Helen Correll (the Estate) challenges Charlena Lanterno's ownership of the funds from Helen Correll's checking account for which Lanterno was named the payable on death (POD) beneficiary based on a claim of undue influence. The trial court granted Lanterno's summary judgment motion.
